Summer Festival 2022: Part(y) of GROW

This year it was finally time. For the very first time, it was possible to bring the GROW family together in person. GROW called and 230 colleagues from our companies came to the beach in Ibbenbüren to celebrate, to network and to spend a carefree evening. It was a party like you dream of: Sunshine, great food and fantastic people.

And right from the beginning: Weeks in advance, the entire GROW Holding team put their heads together to prepare an unforgettable day for the colleagues who travelled from all over Germany. The cool location at IbbBeach set the summery tone for the entire event. Delicious food from a top caterer, lovely decorations with GROW branding down to the last detail cue apples, bubbles, sun cream and … socks.

Just in time for the first GROW shuttle bus to bring the first party-goers to the beach at 4pm, all preparations were completed. We started with ice cream, cool drinks and individual name tags to make it easier for the family members to get to know each other. This was followed by the staging of the 1st GROW Cup in the company's history. During football darts, all GROW companies, as usual, aimed at a common target. The cup was won by one of our youngest members redhotmagma. Our CEO Lutz and CFO Michael found suitable and short words for the award ceremony, so that the prepared BBQ could be quickly plundered and the relaxed part of the evening could begin with specially developed GROW cocktails.

There was a lot of talking, laughing and celebrating everywhere – at the bar, on the pedalo, during the football darts, on the dance floor, at the ice cream van!

Thanks to everyone for the great atmosphere which continued the early hours of the morning. We look forward to many more GROW parties!
